Timing chain cover
Someone on one of the buy sell Pontiac sites is looking for a 11 bolt timing cover with the dimple for tripower, I don't think there is such a thing is there?

I have seen the dimple in covers up to at least 1974 with part-number 482883.
You will however need to cut the rear extension of the upper coolant pump screw hole to fit tripower thermostat housing properly. |

Hello every one
A few years back Tom Vaught posted a waterneck mod to provide clearence for the non-dimple housing. It involved sawing the bump off of the water neck where it interferes with the cover ...flipping it over and welding it back. It worked great for me. I bet you can pull up the photo here if you look.
