"contact them" is what I CAN"T do.

I filled out the "form" or whatever it's called, asking them to reinstate my access to Marketplace & related sites.

BUT, I have found absolutely NO WAY to actually contact a living person & have a normal converataion with them.

You know, something like: Here's the problem I'm having. What can I do to get this fixed, and what can I do to see that this doesn't happen again ?

Yeah, just a simple back & forth conversation between 2 living human beings, trying to solve a problem one of them is having.

But NO. FB has absolutely NO interest in communicating with a user. Quite the opposite. It seems they go to great lengths to make it impossible for a user to contact a human being. I suppose they make more profit that way, by having to pay fewer employees.

Would be great if people could just drop FB & use a competitors product. But, they have a monopoly on what they do. Markeyplace has put Craigslist out of business, for all practical purposes. I've had ads on there for many months now, with almost NO response.

Just before I was blocked from Marketplace & related sites, I was getting LOTS of responses, & sold several items.

Since being blocked, when I click on the little Marketplace symbol, or any related site, all I get is: "We're reviewing your request". R-I-G-H-T !
