Default What is this and what does it fit?

I am cleaning out my basement and I am finding stuff I don't remember why I ever bought it! I found this arm and I am trying to determine the application and the years it fits. I have had so many Pontiacs over the years I have no idea anymore. I can't seem to find the part number in my Parts Book. It has a GM label #3869853. I have attached a couple of photos for reference. I am hoping that someone can help me. Thanks!
Bill

Default Can't locate the part number?

When I look in my Parts Book under group 5.382 for the rear upper axle control arm, I get the part number #9780959. What is the #3869853 number on the parts label? Thanks!
