Default Hot Idle Compensator

Did all the '65 automatic Tri-Powers use the center carb with the hot idle compensator in the back? I know all the '61-'64 Tri-Powers with automatic transmissions did have it. I've attached some pictures to show what I'm referring to. The hot idle compensator is under the steel cover secured by two screws an the backside of the carb.

I believe all '66 center carbs used this, manual or automatic, but it was located inside the venturi cluster area instead of on the backside as in the picture.
