Any Pics - 69 Judge with White Lines Tires?
Anybody have some pics of a 69 Judge (preferably Green) with White Line tires. My build sheet shows these were originally on the car but I am not completely sold on the look versus a black all tire. The Judge stripes are the olive green/yellow/white so It may pop but hate to purchase and not like the look.

I seem to recall seeing a CR judge with them a while back - maybe even on PY?
NOT a good look, but then again I think whitewalls should be relegated to grandma's old 6 cylinder Nova. |

Just looked at the 69 performance catalog and while other GTOs have red and white stripes (narrow), the Judge specifically says "black polyglas".
Don't forget it started out as the ET and was supposed to be stripped down like and priced with the Road Runner. That did not happen but even the Rally IIs did not have trim rings. And then there was the exec whose fingers got caught under the spoiler... |

Poor pic from the mid '80's. Had the spoiler off because it was cracked like someone lifted up on the end.

I found a pic of a CR with WW, I think would look better on a green car, might have to grow on me if I build it like it came from factory.

Whitewalls
Don’t have this car anymore but traded it on a Black Judge with a super cool GTO Judge enthusiast. Just thought I would share the look.

Tires
I personally like the red lines on limelight but they both look good.

I like the look with whitewalls. My '69 CR Judge came with WWs originally.

Although not a Judge, this is my 68 with the factory installed 3/8" Goodyear radial whitewall.
My signature picture shows a set of Michelin X whitewalls

After reading the thread and deciding to build it to the build sheet went ahead and ordered the WW tires for the car. Probably a long time before they will ever see the car but I wanted to get them purchased.

White stripe - yes. White wall - no.

Did all 69 Judges have Rallye II’s w/o trim rings or did some come with steel wheels? I thought Rallye II’s were included as part of the judge option.

ALL 1969 Judge's came with Rally II wheels and NO trim rings. Judge's did not come with steel wheels I have to say the Judge's do look nice with the White Walls as well as the Redlines

Here are some pics of the car just out of paint with the WW. It grew on me and once stripes are applied I think it will show very well

Yep, and don't take that Mecum auction car from a few years back too seriously (car was also missing wheelwell mouldings IIRC). Besides being completely incorrect, steel wheels and poverty caps look like dog**** on a Judge.

I like the white walls w the green but it definitely takes down the sportiness a little and makes it like an adult owned car. I haven’t found the build sheet on my RAIV firebird yet always wondered what they came with white or red believe it could have been either I feel like either would look good but definitely a different look between the two. Think my car had f7014 on its 14x7 steelies w hubcaps wish they’d gotten the poverty caps. Not that I’ll probably ever put the steel wheels on.
