Default 1964 Lemans convertible- appears and acts like a GTO.

Ive owned this 1964 Lemans since 2005. It was painted in 1983, but i redid the hood in 2015. Frame, floors, are perfect. Trunk is solid.
1964 389 coded 27P with heads 9773345 which is the 303 hp 4bbl engine from a full size car. This engine has the early style dual belt power steering, 1964 tripower, 2 speed auto on the floor with console and factory vacuum gauge, tilt column, recast steering wheel by Koch wheels. Original undamaged interior, deluxe seat belts, boot cover, original white top (tired) new top pump, lines and rams, factory door edge guards. Original trunk mat and jack. Someone added 4 way flashers that work. New tires in 2019. New carpet in 2017 2.5" aluminum exhaust wit X pipe and splitters in 2007. Added dash pad in 2016
Looks like a GTO in all aspects including correct radiator support. Hit the key and it starts right up. I drive it 2-3 times a week. Turns 2000 rpm at 60 mph. 4 wheel power drum stops on a dime. I'd drive this car anywhere. A few small rust spots in body, but very minor. As far as i can tell, this car has been painted only once. It was originally the light metallic blue offered in 1964. Car is located in Martin County, Florida 33455 $22k firm. (Warning- if you see it in person, you will buy it immediately)
I've been in the hobby for 31 years, and have owned a lot of rusty toads coming up. This is not one of those. Without PHS, I challenge anyone to show me something that indicates this is a Lemans without the GTO option. (Apart from the 5N on the data plate)
Addition: i forgot to mention that this car appears several times in the information books 1964 Pontiac GTO in Detail, and The Definitive Pontiac Information Guide1964-67. If that means anything to you.

Beautiful.

If it was red I would probably be on an airplane right now.

I'm not in the market, but I believe your claim that I'd buy it if I saw in person. Nice car & GLWS.
