Default 64 Fuel Tank Sending Unit (AC)

Anyone know of a source for a fuel tank sending unit for factory AC cars?

5/16 supply line
1/4 return line

Or, would it be necessary to add the 1/4 line to a single line unit?

Thanks.

My understanding is that the '64 fuel gauge requires a 30 ohm sending unit whereas, the '65-'67 fuel gauge requires the 90ohm sending unit.

No one reproduces the correct '64 two-line tank sending unit (5/16" supply, 1/4" return)?
No one reproduces a sending unit for '65-'67 with 5/16" supply and 1/4'" return lines?
No one reproduces the fuel gauge itself, either 30 or 90 ohm?

Would an instrument/gauge rebuilder be able to convert the fuel gauge to work with 90 ohm sending unit?

Is it possible to add the 1/4" vent-return line to one of the repro sending units?

It is true the the '64 and prior GM gauges are 30 ohm. I discovered this years ago. I purchased a Spectre (I think) sender to weld a 1/2" pick-up tube into. Then figured out that it didn't match. So I modified my original. I've since put an EFI tank in. I bought a used '65 fuel gauge and swapped it in place of my '64 gauge.

Recently changed the rear wiring harness as original was getting worn at T/L bulb sockets. Now the fuel gauge goes past full and sits there.

I did apply dielectric grease to the terminal pin on tank sending unit and the brown wire boot connector from rear harness. Would this affect anything?
Original ground looks fin between sending unit and bottom of trunk floor.

Gauge worked find before changing the rear harness (M&H).
