Default 1969 GTO Power Seat Not Working

Well the fact that there's even a power seat in the car seems pretty cool. It will spin the belt in the front but it won't do anything.

I would assume that the relay works along with the switch and potentially the transmission inside, so it's maybe the ????

Also, I have 3 seat belts that have normal bolts holding them down. This 4th one is a stud and nut???

I was gonna swap to chrome bolts through OPGI but I wanna make sure first.

The 68 Fisher Body manual has a ton of info on power seats if you have one.
