Default Best way to cancel BO item

I've got an item on back order and since I have no idea when it will come in I need to cancel it.

Part # F239P

It appears to be available from other vendors, and unfortunately I'm on kind of a time limit and need to get this done.

What's the best way to cancel this? Can I email?
