Question Fiero detent cable source?

Been trying to find a detent cable for an '87 Fiero V6. The 4 cyl. used a much shorter cable than the 70+ inch V6 arrangement. I've tried all of the chain auto parts stores and thefierostore.com with no luck.
If anyone on here can point me towards a Fiero vendor, or even if you have a good used one, I'm interested.

I think this may be what you are looking for. But I would suggest asking the seller what length the cable id.

"Detent" cable????

There are shift cables and TV cables, I have some NOS Fiero cables but am unaware of a "detent" cable.

Rodney Dickman is another very good source for Fiero parts. You can find him here:

That is what GM called kickdown cables back in the day.

In that case, there is none on a Fiero.
