Moroso 47175's (230#) rate with LS3 and TKO: 3,350 weight.

Half a coil cut - 1" higher in front than rear per stock rake.

Every car is somewhat different, especially once a driver is in the car.

A good rate spring may still need to get modified.

The needed start of weight transfer to the rear of the car does not even begin to take place until the car is just passed sitting level.

As in the above post the static setting of having the nose of the car be sitting 1” in height more then the rear is what you want to shoot for.

In doing this set up be sure to have what you consider to be a normal amount of fuel in the car.

It's best to have the car weighed on the 4 corners. Then once you have the front end weight you can get the right springs. I personal had my car weighed, then found the Moroso spring that had my car weight at the upper end of their rating. That way I didn't have to cut the spring. If memory serves I had between 1700-1800 lbs on the front and the springs are rated up to 1750. The more you have to cut the spring for ride height limits the available "stored" energy in the spring
