That song always puts a smile on my face and the video was pretty entertaining as well.

I’m sorry, but only the late Jerry Reed should have been allowed to sing this song.

That was pretty good I like them showing Jerry Reed's 8 track in the black Trans Am. I like the Schwab Trans Am as well kind of had a Macho TA feel to it, those rims should go though. The video was kewl as well

Well, he did write it. What many don’t realize is Jerry Reed was a song writer and one of the most in demand session guitarists in Nashville long before he became a performer. When Elvis Presley covered Reed’s “Guitar Man” he demanded that Reed play guitar on his recording.

Blahhhhh. Copying "well" IS INDEED the finest form of Flattery. I loved it, but no chick, oh well, no drama, no " Jr" hehe.

You can bet his Estate gets paid for performances too.

Not unless the copywrite was continued on it. Songs normally become public domain after forty years.

They also used a pair of 1976 Furys in the video-with era correct Federal Visibar light bars. I have heard much worse renditions of this song for sure.

Great video. Anything "East Bound and Down" is great to hear.

Ranks right up there, but in IMHO, it's 2nd to "Hang On Sloopy" by the McCoys from 1975, with Lisa Lennard Dalton. Sorry but I just had to add that bit of info. LOL
