The Stockers finally got their one pass. Lots of 'em had already gone home. There are only 38 on the Q-list. Michael Brand is #20 on the list, with a .902 under, 10.648.

Odd looking at results on a Monday. Couldn’t find Super Gas anywhere. The results page said That Kevin MacNicol turned on the win light in the final of Super Gas!!!
I really enjoy seeing a Super Street car win a National event in Super Gas! Like it even better when it’s a Pontiac! Congrats Kevin and your Family!

Vegas
They had a Stock/SS combo race @ Vegas this weekend. Don't have many detailed results.
Did find a pic of the C.W. Hoefer 2nd gen Bird, said to have been taken during round #3. Here's the S/G final round numbers from the Gators. Looks like the Clegg Birds are the only Pontiac powered Stock/SS cars there.

In Stock Q-1, Brad Burton is #22. His car is listed as a '74, running D/SA. So, that means that either that '74 is a misprint, & should be '72, OR, the Burtons have switched their '74 Formy over to 455 power. If anybody knows for sure, please post your info.
After doing a little diggin, it appears that the highest class a '74 Bird could run is E/SA, since you can add weight to run a class lower than the car's natural class, and remove weight to run one class higher. An SD455 powered '74 Formula's natural class is F. So, you could remove weight & run E/SA. http://www.classracerinfo.com/Engine...px?ENGINE=2094 http://www.classracerinfo.com/NHRA_Classes.aspx The NHRA weight for a '73 Formy is nearly a hundred lbs lighter than for the '74 Formy. That makes the '73's natural class E. So, you could run D, E, or F Stock, with the '73. So, my guess is that the '74 is a misprint & should read '72, which is the same car Brad's been racing for years. C.W.Hoefer is #34. Well, I got derailed by the FB switch deal. But, I switched back to the PY 2015 version & can now post again.

In Stock, Diane Burton has the highest qualified Pontiac @ #17. C.W Hoefer is #28. Brad Burton is #30. Some may have noticed that I mislabeled post #77. That was the Stock semi-final @ the Vegas 4-wide Nats race.
In the 2nd race of the div 7 doubleheader, C.W. Hoefer, Brad Burton, & Diane Burton all survived Stock E-1. https://www.dragracecentral.com/DRCS...er=30#indextop They're having class run-offs in SS. Brad Burton has the only car in the GT/GA class. So, he has to run the other single auto trans SS cars in their class.
