Allen Runion not a honest seller
I bought a short block from him that he neglected to tell me that it had epoxy everywhere to plug water and oil issue and that it was tapped for 9/16 head bolts. When i questioned him about it he refused to give my money back or discount anything. The pics he supplied where taken in a way to hide the issues. I will never deal with him again, out a LOT of money. I specifically ask if the block had been hurt or repaired and he said it was perfect. So be very careful when dealing with Allen Runion!

Saw the pics you posted on Facebook;that`s awful.Looks like the guy needs a good ole fashioned tune up.
Hope those Tiger heads he is selling are in better shape than that block.
