Default Addco 857 front sway bar FYI

Just finished installing all new bushings, springs and front sway bar on my 66 Catalina wagon. Man, anyone on the fence should just do it. Total 180 in drive ability and enjoyment.

Anyways, the front Addco bar came with their standard clamps to go up front. The bolt spacing on my car was narrower. I nearly drilled new holes or modified the brackets it came with, but figured I’d give Addco a call to see if they had any tips. Turns out they have a different style clamp that has a narrower bolt spacing but they just don’t include it standard with their bars. They shipped it out free of charge and it bolted right into my factory holes.

Just figured I’d pass it along in case anyone else runs into the issue. And a thumbs up for Coil Spring Specialties on the springs. They were top notch in customer service.
