It is a little surprising Blueprint recommends going 500 miles on the break in oil, I guess though if they recommend that with light loads for the first 500 it makes more sense. At some point the break in oil goes from helping break in to just adding wear though, it seems like that point will have came and gone long before 500 miles.

My thoughts too. Big reason why I'll do an oil analysis after a short run time with the break in oil, and if it's doing anything Blackstone doesn't like to see it'll come out for regular oil.
