It's possible they haven't seen the updates and or may not realize they need to check in.

Wouldn't hurt to PM the guys and inquire just in case. 'Note' my payment is on the way.

Many Thanks!

Mikes reply: Go back in these posts and check out my idea. Add that to your idea, just a thought. Let's not complicate things and let these guys get this run done there is always the future. Wonder why I did not think of that, Problem is the dual Quad is well tested in actual race conditions using the Tunnel Ram, who knows how the Tri-powers would react.

Get a piece of 1/4 inch 6061, trace the dual quad top onto it, cut it out and make holes for whatever carbs you want to run. Use a couple of 1” spacers for risers. Be creative! Hotrodding = making stuff work.

Honestly, if you have any idea how much effort was put into this project, you should be very thankful for it.

Tom, if anyone needs a manifold more sooner than latter, I’m in no hurry, but am still good to go. Thanks for everything!

A number of people who had me build them one of the '61/'62/'63 inline SD dual quad setups with the carbs cloned off of '59/'60 2840/2982 Buick carbs (or 3012/3221 Chevys), have told me after installing it that they could get rubber in 3rd gear where they were never able to do it with the tripower setup they replaced with it. This is nothing I did just the fact that two AFBs will outperform trip Rochesters.
