Default JK Rally II's

Came across some JK coded rally II's so I picked them up. 14x7's dated 1970

Pretty sure they would be Formula wheels but not certain, grabbed them anyway. Can someone confirm the code/application??

My 1970 Formula 400 has JS code rally II's on it, which are 14x7's. This link shows a 1970 JK rally II was used on 1970 Firebird, but the info is conflicting, since it shows the JK as both a 14x7 and a 14x6.

Check the stamped date codes again.
JM's replaced the JK's, many late built '69 Birds had JM's, same as late '69 GP's and '70 GP's.
'70 Formulas with rallyII wheel option will have JS's.

as far as the wheel code decyhering on Pontiac server link goes, the info is a joke, been stating it on here for 15 years. "Info" like that is what one gets, when one starts compiling wheel codes out of much later date parts books.

OPH, is there any database with the correct info? I have some oddball rims I want to list for sale, but I don't know the applications.

If they're stamped JK at the valve stem hole, those Sept dates would make them 68 made rims, for 69. Is there an M# over an 8?

I'll take a pic, that should help. Just give me a little time today and I'll post back with a close up picture.

Probably an 8 or 9 is my best guess. Looks like a J at a quick glance. I ran it through the cabinet blaster to clean it up and make it a little easier to read. I originally thought that was an "O" until I cleaned it up.

It would be an eight. The rims are for a 69 Firebird or Grand Prix.
