Default Any idea what this part is?

Found this with some Grand Am parts.

That is the block off plate used on Non A/C Grand Am & Grand prix to block the passenger side dash vent, you can just make it out on this picture

That is the on/off lever for the upper center vents on a non A/C car. The only reason I know that is I parted out a non A/C 76 Grand Prix 30+ years ago. It was an odd but rusty car, 455, gauges, bucket seats Pwr windows & Seats, AM/FM 8-track, no A/C.
