Default 1966 Rally Tach resto question

I am cleaning up my gauges to install and noticed that the solder on the circuit board for the Tach looks bad. I only got to drive this car about 10 miles after buying her as she was such a basket case. Stripped of all her options, missing pieces and even most of her bolts. I don't remember if the Tach even worked. Should I run a trace if solder along these 3 spots.
Also, what is the best color to spray the housing face with. Not the light blue, but the darker metallic blue cover that goes over the gauges. It's barely visible, but has marks that are slightly rusting.

Search this forum for posts by Peter Serio who is an expert in the area of gauge restoration. I don't recall him covering the solder question, but I think he touched on the paint question. Peter is a frequent contributor to this forum.

I appreciate the referrals to Peter, but sending my stuff out really is not an option or necessary. I am going to start the car and hook in the ignition switch and the tach without installing the dash assembly to test it first. I am really close on all the wiring.

Sorry, not really saying you should consider sending your stuff to Peter, he has helped many times by posting answers on this forum to questions not unlike yours. Good Luck with yours, I just decided to go the repo route with our hosts gauge package, not yet installed.
