Default Just WOW !!!

I just went to order some graphite/polyurethane body bushings for my 66 convertible. To my surprise Performance Suspension Technology/PST are about 50% higher priced than one and two years ago. They were $132-135 for a set. Now they are $199-----WOW.

Energy Suspension is about half that on Rock Auto if you don't have to have PST.

I’d jump on them before they hit $300 - might not be long.

Probably not a bad idea. Many people regret the poly.

Well I ordered the rubber body bushing from Summit Friday afternoon and received them Saturday afternoon and to my surprise they also included the radiator bushings for around $100.

A friend's '67 GTO with 150 miles on it since it's restoration has the poly upper control arm bushings lying on the ground in pieces where they fell after they dried out while the car sat in place in the garage. Took about a year. Friends on the Corvette forum have experienced poly hardening and fracturing and falling to pieces is short time. The new rubber isn't much better, either.
