Mike, Craig's the man with the plan. Swapping motors is a great idea. Dan and I have done that many times to do just what Craig said. Plus you can break in the TA's HO the right way...on a cruise to Dayton and back. Get going on the swapperoo and don't forget the Yuengling!

Brew, I'm not so sure you should go before Bob and Dave. I saw how you drove (and drive) your Formy (he,he)!

Its okay Craig, I wouldnt want to hurt that car 400 miles away from home. Thats why I'd drive it around your place IF I ever drive your car it would be like driving a number one show car out of respect for its history. Cheers my friend, B

Craig, It sounds like you should be building a play motor too, and hanging the numbers one on an engine stand.

Craig - I agree that after 40 years your car deserves a thread. Thanks for sharing.

How did you come to buy Lucy so long ago, and what do you know about the prior owner(s)?

Craig, you have me beat by 4 years. Where did you find the grooved rotors, or did you have flat ones machined/turned?

Thumbs up 1970 Lucy

You have a beautiful car Craig. It could not belong to a better owner. Love the picture with the old American daisy's. I have a late model set of the 200s's I like to throw on every once in a while too.

More old pictures!

Congrats! I'm right behind you. In December I will have owned my '71 for 40 years. Never thought I'd have it this long, but after a while they become a member of the family.
