Default Grand Am ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh stabilizer bar.

Hello all. I am working on destroying my daughters car. It's a 2004 Grand Am.The stabilizer bar broke. I had to cut it in three pieces to get it out. Took out 6 sub frame bolts, the motor mount bolt in the middle, aint no way this is going back in. The subframe dropped one inch. The motor mount brace that the bolt connects to is either stuck, or welded, I can't tell. The motor mount is the first issue as to putting the new bar in. I hit it lightly to see if it is just stuck to the sub frame but it didn't budge. If I disconnect the motor mount from the engine its still connected to the sub frame. Do people junk these cars when that breaks or cut the bar and weld it. lol..... Not even a video on you tube, Thanks for any advise,. mike
