Default ‘56 Steering column upper bearing

Are there parts available to replace/repair The upper bearing on a steering column of a ‘56 Chieftain? The 55-57 Chevy horn ring and bearing look close to this but not sure if it would press into this housing or how to get the old one out. Thanks!
