need one that goes on the rad support for the a/c line

Just a regular grommet to suit hole, maybe 1". Some have hole, some are blank. Punch it to suit, add a slit.

already have the hole just looking for the gromment

I measured the core support hole on my '72 that has A/C and it's 1.25". Here is one that Classic Auto Air sells that looks close to yours. It's for a 1.25" hole and has a .625" hole for the condenser line so the hole for the condenser line is a bit larger than the line.
