Default Should I replace the water tubes?

I noticed my car had a small leak on one of the water pump bolts. I had a spare waterpump with a cast impellar lying around so I figured lets pull the water pump and fix the leak.

So old pump has a stamped impellar and the gap between the impellar and divider plate was huge. I cleaned the divider plate and made the clearance a bit tighter and started looking at the water tubes. So when do these need to be replaced?
One is stuck, the other came out by hand.

The block is a 67 400 by the way and has the 8 bolt water pump.

If the rubber o-ring seals on the sleeves are old and hardened as your appear to be, I'd get some new sleeves & seals. I'm not sure if you can purchase the o-rings separately, as I've typically seen them sold together, but you might be able to. As far as the stuck sleeve goes, I imagine you can get it out with a bit of persuasion.

I might even be beyond the piggies now.. It's been a while since I've bought stuff in the US. 50 dollars to ship the tubes and a new divider plate to NL ughh.

Hopefully it will give me some peace of mind whe.n I get to drive this car..
