Wanted - A-body 8.5" Rear (‘71-‘72 Buick/Olds) local pickup in So Cal Only
Looking for a good used 8.5" 10-bolt rear axle assembly in working condition or even just a bare housing with or without axles. I have a 2.73 gear set and posi unit I want to install in it.
Must be from a '71-'72 Buick or Olds A-body with bolt-in axles (no C-clips) equipped with A9 tapered axle bearings. Must be located in or near the So Cal/Los Angeles/San Diego area so I can pick it up, I'm not interested in paying to ship one of these. If you have one of these and happen to be heading to So Cal for any reason I can meet you somewhere in So Cal that’s convenient for you and pick it up.
