Default Waldrons mufflers opinion

Anyone have any feedback on the Waldron transverse firebird mufflers? They sell 3 versions, OEM , mild imposter and imposter. Would like to know any opinions on the sound of these. Thanks

I would love to see a comparison of these to other mufflers. I wonder if anyone has done a comparison between a good transverse muffler and 2 under car mufflers. I don't really car for the low hanging mufflers. How much "performance" is being lost to the transverse muffler? The thread in 70-73 Firebird section about the sound of the '72 is an interesting read. That car sounds awesome. I am not a fan of the sounds of all the "new" cars, they are just loud. They don't have that nice sound to them. I have an X pipe on the car but may take that off.
