'63 Tempest Wagon & the 9.3 rear.

Owner wants to do a 4 link & 9.3 Who would one talk to for the best way forward? Dos & don't, etc. Asking for a guy that should but does not frequent here.

I have a Ford 9 inch using a 4 link in one of my 62's
