1960 Factory Under hood color

Good-day...Just joined this forum and I am hoping some members familiar with the 1960 can help confirm what color the factory painted the underside of the hood. I am restoring a Catalina and have seen many pictures suggesting semi-gloss black and also lots in body color. Perhaps both are correct, depending on the assembly plant?...would appreciate some thoughts on this. -Scot-
