Default Maybe an interesting car - 70 Formula 400

I just came across this car this morning. It just randomly popped up on my Youtube page.

I'm not an expert on classification, but it's unrestored with new paint and some aftermarket gauges and tach. Looks pretty well preserved. Base level 400, 4spd, 12 bolt rear. No hood buckle.

Seems like it may be priced a little high, but then you don't see many 70 Formulas any more, much less a 400 4 spd that's in decent shape.

Affordable classics doesn’t seem very affordable. That’s a lot of money for that car

Very nice Formula with great colors and a lot of good originality to it but it is priced too high I like the yellow whip stick in the trunk for strapping anybody that gets near the car . Also ram air on a non-ram air car

Yep - nice one. Sandalwood interiors didn't hold up to UV rays very well. For that one's interior to look that good still, it must have spent most of its life in a garage.
The ad text says "M21 close ratio", but the invoice indicates it's an M20 wide ratio car.

Rear spoiler added after the fact, too - but at least it's a correct early one.

I don't generally like bright yellow cars but it looks good on that one. I'd like it a lot better with a black interior...but still. Very nice Formula... and 4spd to boot.

NIce car.....but priced about 20k high...JMO

I can't believe how many of these Formula's were ordered as 4 speed ...without a tach or posi.....and like the color coded broomstick to prop up the deck lid with the heavy non-original spoiler
