Been using "Topaz Photo AI" to enhance some old, scanned pictures.
Processed the two images from this page and it's pretty neat seeing results.

What’s the before and after? Is it any better then what you can do on your own with the I phone ? I have some old pictures of my bird that are kinda blurry .

Wonder what it would do for something like this pic.
