Are the in stock and out of stock notations changed every day? Seems like there hasn`t been any 68 GTO interior parts for a while now. Common stuff--seat covers, arm rest pads, stuff like that.

I'm sorry, I didn't see your post until just now.
I'd have to check with the ordering manager but I'm going to guess that the 68 seat covers are something that we may not stock (or at least in many colors) during the Winter months. It looks like we have a number of the armrest pads on order now. Why don't you give us a call. I'm sure one of the sales reps can give you an idea of how soon you specific colors will be in stock.
