66 convertible top problem
I contacted PY about a convertible top boot that I purchased for my 66 Lemans. Mike got back to me but was unable to do anything right then because of some equipment failure (forklift). Today we went over the problem and he said that he would send some new metal retaining clips to replace the ones that snapped. Later today he called again and said that the manufacturer would send me 5 clips and they stated that there were some problems with some of the clips. Mike gave me very good customer service and was good at getting me calmed down to get to the root of the problem.
