Something's definitely wrong with this site. There are various places where link URLs have been changed so that they direct the user to a Facebook login page. If you hover your cursor over various links, you'll see the facebook login as the actual hyperlink. Examples include "Pontiac Journal" and "Your Best Pontiac Stories". The entire Clubhouse login page redirects to Facebook. The entire background of the "National Events" page redirects to Facebook.

I can hardly reply to a thread without getting redirected to Facebook.

Plus clicking anywhere on the page that's not a thread title will redirect.

On a similar note. I saw a news program where a resort, in BC, I think, had their own website advertising the resort. They were contacted by a vacation seller such as Expedia, or Travelocity to advertise through them. They declined the offer. Then they found that they were getting little to no traffic on their site. So they did a search of their website and clicked on the search engine link. The link did not go to their website. It went to travel website. It looks like fakebook is trying to take over in a similar manner,

I use the 2015 display, and have no problems seeing anything, or being sent to fakebook. Evidently they corrupted only the 2017 version.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. There’s a drop down on the lower left to pick the version you want.
I use default and it works fine.

I had tried before somewhere in the 'My Account' stuff. That didn't work.
This time I did it at the bottom left of the main page. Thanks MisterP266

Testing now to see if the forum will work correctly.

So far, so good. It looks like the issue is with the 2017 version, as noted.

Then it might be you had to be using the 2015 version when they corrupted the system. I never switched over to the 2017 version, and was still on it when the trouble started.

I'm the last person on this board that would claim to know how a website works, or what would corrupt one, but I have zero trouble since this happened. I've been able to do everything that has been listed that takes you to fakebook just as before the problem started. No redirect on my account.

Well, Brad, that explains that. I have always been on2015. I like the formatting better. I was wondering what all the fuss was about. This explains why I never saw it.

I just switched to the 2015 version, no problems posting. Switched it back to the 2017 just for the heck of it, now there is no problems posting there also.

Glad I saw these posts !

Thought it was just my Chromebook or system.

Even had TJ log into my PY account, on her Mac desktop. She had the same problem.

Just clicked on the 2015, at the lower LH of the page & now it seems to work just fine.
