Default REMOTE MIRROR CABLE ROUTING

good morning:
does anyone have a picture or know the location of where the remote cables from the mirror, enter the passenger compartment. the three nylon tubes were visible under the driver's fender and it looks like they penetrated a grommet under the windshield wiper motor, but if i route it that way, they seem too short. do they enter on the side of the firewall, between the fender and cab?
thanks,
mario64

Through the rectangular accessory grommet on the firewall.
