My first Two Hotrods
Today I finished a project that I've been working on for a couple of years. I slowly bought up parts to recreate my Red Line MX-II BMX bike. I built the original over many years like most Hotrods. I intended to race it but never did. I've always regretted selling it (Like a lot of cars that I've owned!). This reproduction started as a chrome frame and forks. I scuffed the chrome and painted it with etching primer, etc. All of the anodized parts were in really bad shape. Local anodizing shop did the red parts. It's crazy the prices that they parts demand. The G&S skateboard I never sold. Check'em out!

Nice Redline! I raced BMX here locally in eastern PA for a few years in the early 80's. Pic attached of my 600a which I have from brand new. Thanks for sharing and nice job with the bike.

Bikes look great! When they reproduced the skateboards from the 80’s I had to pick up a few. Still ride with my kids sometimes
