Default Install tubular A arms 66 GTO

I have a 66 gto with O port Dougs Headers, anyone ever install A arms with Headers on?
Headers seem to be too large to slide off existing factory arms.

I had to get creative with a slid hammer and pop the bolts out that hold the A-arms in place.

Might be able to fit a c-clamp and socket in there to press the bolt out and then lift the arm out once the bolts are removed.
