Default Deck lid for a 70 Formula

Has anybody bought a repo deck lid? How was the quality and fit?

Is there any difference in the lids for 2nd generation F-bodies, by the way?

The 70-81 F-body deck lid is the the same for both Camaros and Firebirds. I would hit the boneyard and pull a good one off any second gen F-body- can't beat OEM parts.

deck lids and the filler panels ahead of them are pretty abundant used. definitely the way to go. mystifies me why someone would reproduce a deck lid when there's such a demand for doors and fenders.

Heck, I'd be happy to see a *good quality* partial quarter panel...

Can't figure out why they produce the ultra crappy ones for $100-$150 when anyone with half a brain would be willing to pay $500 for an OEM quality one...
