Exclamation Advise on Precision Automotive / LMS for Parts

I'm trying to get parts that I ordered on 2/1/24 for my RAV build from Larry at Precision Automotive / LMS and sent him a couple of texts and an email, but i haven't heard back.

I understand that he may be having some health issues, but I can't even call the number on the website because it's for sending texts. He sent me one text back around 3/1/24 saying that he would get back to me...........CRICKETS.

Does anyone have a valid business number to contact the company.
I can't believe that there's no actual phone number to call.

Help and Thanks,
Lou

I’ve been waiting over a year 2/10/23 for a water outlet manifold and a bunch of fittings. The last time I heard from him I sent him a text message and he got back to me on 2/21/24. I sent the message to (704)-685-0397. I emailed him a few weeks before that and heard nothing. He finally sent the fittings but still waiting on the manifold. He says he is working on them.

Not here to speak bad about any business, but why wait so long, unless the wait was explained and expected I would just ask for a refund and deal with another vendor.

He’s a good guy from what I’ve heard about him. He was in the middle of moving his business to his garage. He was eating on some parts of his machine to arrive and he then needed to get 3 phase power to his garage for the equipment. I’ve given him the benefit of the doubt. It’s not something that I can’t work around and can still race. I ask about it every few months. He says he’s working on the orders now so hopefully sometime this year. Lol!

I had a similar experience last year but eventually got refunded. I think he’s a good guy, just going through a rough patch.

I have one of his waterneck spacers around somewhere in the garage (I misplaced it). I bought it from a board member but didn’t end up using it. I had a low profile waterneck made by Funkhouser’s to clear my efi throttle body. I had planned on having a run of spacers made that can accept a thermostat (30-50 pieces) but I didn’t want to get stuck with a bunch of spacers if the demand the sell them wasn’t there.

Your best bet would be to order one from Meziere and elongate the bolt holes so it fits a Pontiac. https://www.meziere.com/Products/Coo...-BB-Mopar.aspx
