Default 1964 GTO MATCHING #'s project, PRICE DROPPED

For Sale is a 1964 Pontiac GTO, w/ complete Matching #'s Drivetrain.

This car needs a complete restoration. Originally a Marimba red/black interior, 4-speed, 4-bbl car. I have the PHS docs.

I bought the car a number of years ago after it had sat in a field since 1972. The body was completely destroyed, but entirely intact and original. This body was disassembled with photo documentation to prove its condition. The drivetrain was all there including the matching #'s block, heads, carb, 4-spd trans, rear, etc. The only thing missing was the back seat.

The car currently has a 1964/65 lemans shell from AZ that will require minimal metal work. The roller shell has no tail panel on it right now, but I have 3 good 64 lemans tail panels for the repair. Also, the back seat support/package tray/filler panel will need to be replaced, but I have a complete solid piece for the repair for that as well. The drivers wheel-well will require a patch.

I also have a date-correct 1964 gto frame under the car that is pretty nice.

The gto hood is there, but the underside has some rot. I have a rust-free lemans hood that would make an excellent donor for the underside support sheet-metal.

About the only big components the car will need is a deck lid and a core support/inner fenders.

$3800

Give me a shout with any questions.
