Default 1964 Catalina parts

Looking for the parts to switch a 64 Catalina from a Slim Jim transmission to a 4 speed. I have the transmission, need bell housing, clutch fork, all rods, brackets etc.

Thanks Tom, I have found a guy that has all the stuff including the 4 speed console. Looks like I may be able to buy a package deal, Thanks for looking out for me.
