Default 1963 parts wanted

Hello,

I am looking for two things for a 63 Bonneville Safari:

1. I need a very nice set of bucket seat tracks, I think 62-64 are the same, but not sure about that.

2. I need the exterior chrome window frame surround for the front driver door. I really only need the first piece (curved over the vent window). 63-64 should be the same, but again, not sure.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks,
James Q

Default James, I have

James, I have a nice unrestored LA rust free original condition '63 Safari, black white painted top red interior, nearly loaded & I cannot get a clear title, the boneheads here in Ohio want to issue a salvage. I got it in LA without paperwork as it fell off the DMV after years of non registration. I hate to junk it, it runs so well. I have a bunch in it already, ran ads for a title, no luck & I'm considering putting it in a demolition derby to total it! I am so upset & I love the car, but i will NOT curse it with salvage papers, I'll ruin it first. p/s, p/b, AM/FM, tilt, A/C, electric gate, (total of 6) 8 lug wheels sandblasted beautiful, lots of NOS chrome not installed though. I'm sorry for your title situation. I don't understand the purpose of your post regarding a response to my wanted request. Good luck with your title issue!

I think those are compact buckets (Tempest, Corvair etc). The tracks are definitely not b-body.

Thanks for looking!

Decent looking set in gold cad plating, could easily paint over them.

Thanks Webfoot, I ordered one repop set when I first got the car and they are very poorly made! I ended up using some of the repop parts (the roller bearings) to redo my originals. I'd like to find a nice set of GM originals.
