1972 SR 455 block 2 bolt standard bore
Bringing to machine shop this week to be cleaned and magged will be available after that, unless you want to do the leg work, and take it before i get to shop
485428 block is cast D052, SR888xxx i will confirm # if it matters. No vin stamp or letter code. It is a a 2 bolt block only drilled for two bolt mains. Removed from a 1970 Bonneville. It definitely needs a bore. It should clean up at 030. I have a couple sets of trws on stock rods if you are interested $2200 for block cleaned and magged. Will help shipper if you are not local to RI try and get pics up

Would you mind posting pics of the cast date, casting number, SR number, and main caps? I’d love to add your SR block to my data base.

shop just called, block is in excellent condition and will clean up w 030 bore pistons.. its is now cleaned and magged. in addition i have a set of 4 bolt main caps for this block available. Price with 4 bolt caps but not machined for them is $2400. i can get them installed and line honed with deposit. also can have them do the bore with a deck plate before i take it home.
will consider trades up or down. i will get pics in next week or two

Pics, block has been magged and pressure tested it blasted, will clean at 4.181 currently standard bore w a ridge. Will trade parts up Or down to lessen cost will
Pallet and help a shipper lmk
