1100832 is a 37 amp, FB STD 400 ONLY, INTERNAL REG; code VU in 1969.
In 1970 it was also available in FB 400 Sport Option, no AC.

A fellow from NJ sent me an alternator for a 1969 vet open faced diamond back for restoration. He wanted $2400.00 insurance for the return trip being sent back.

The "only" exception I can see is similar to a Z-28, It could have a deeper groove pulley. I have owned a couple from std 400 cars though as the application mentions.

My buddies T/A is a low option car and this is what he has. It is damaged, that's why he is looking for one.

All T/A’s and most all 69 400 birds had the internal regulated alternor. If you read the discription of the 400 option it mentions it. I always thought all 400 cars had them but member North posted pictures of a 400 car that didn’t have it a few years ago. I also have a 69 400 Bird that is an A/C car and it has the internal alternator still on it but it is a 55 amp one. I believe it Is a 830 but I would have to look at it to confirm the #. Corvettes and some 442’s also use this style alternators in 1969.

I'd agree that the TA would get it. 400's were qualifier for them.(but not sure if the 37 amp one could be installed on any Bird?)
Here's a pic of the 69 breakdown of parts of the alternators. BTW, does the PHS show the self-regulating alternator on it? K96 was for the 55 amp one, but haven't seen a UPC for the 37 amp one.

The PHS does not show it because it is included with the 400 option. At least that’s how both of my cars and their PHS info are.

Forgive the ignorance of this ? But, are all 37 amp alternators an oddball deal? Or just that particular # of 37 amp alternator? Just curious because I've got a 37 amp with a different # that no one seems to have any interest in.

The 1100832 is an internal regulated alternator.
The 'normal' 1969 alternator is an external regulated alternator. In 1970, all Firebirds used internal regulated alternators. (but most of the other a/b bodies used external)

Build sheet would show the component "code" for the harness and alternator. Std service alternator and harness is Not a "added" cost option, so not on a phs.
The PHS is very much like the Bill of Lading that came With the cars on delivery with the driver. I signed off on a bunch upon inspection, inventory and taking delivery. Three part carbon, then carbonless sheets.
