Nice car! A few points...

the XF 428 used an 066 cam not an 067

The bulletin-memo about SJ's having Safe-t-track didn't mean it was standard equipment, just that they were being built that way and that the option would be charged on the invoice. I'm not sure why they chose to force certain options on all production (similarly in 69 Firebird 400's were built with power disc brakes as a mandatory option)? Maybe it was just a way to make a few extra bucks on a car that was selling well.

Or perhaps they were missing parts for the non posi diff used with 428's (I don't recall if it was unique)
