Default 62 Bonneville wiper motor

Tackling another issue on a recent purchase: the motor's depressed park sequence is unsynchronized (clashing) and wiper sweep is too much on the driver's and too little on the passenger side. The transmission assembly looks correct and undisturbed. I took the motor back plate off and the internals don't exactly match the service manual photo, especially the position of the nylon gear at park and the bar on the end of the shaft. The stamped number on the motor is 5044424. I'm thinking a previous owner installed a tandem motor--this would explain a lot.

Is there a wiper rebuilder someone has experience with to check this out?
