I think you know plenty. That car looks to be in great condition and super low mileage. However, that doesn't make it an instant classic. I guess it's just fine to fish around or fly it out there for a few years and just hope for that one fish to bite. Realistically, an undesirable car like that, even a Pontiac in today's market is around 8-9K, with 10K being a dream sale. I have been wrong before but not 29K wrong.
