Default 67 gto accelerator pedal attachment?

Took my accelerator pad assembly off the other day and the screw that holds the pedal on is obviously not right. Would somebody post a picture of the correct hardware to attach the pedal to the pedal rod. Thanks.

Correct was a pin, spring and cotter pin to hold it together see #20, 21, 22 on the diagram. Current GM replacement pin is grooved and the spring holds it in place so the cotter pin is not used.
