Default What are these parts?

I don't know if I took these off my '69 GTO convertible when I disassembled it or whether they were in a box of parts that I got when I bought it.
Anybody know where they are supposed to go?

Thanks!
I'll get them cleaned up in my blasting cabinet and painted so I'm ready for them later.

These were in box then since I know the stainless was removed already when I bought the car.

If it matters to you I believe they were plated and not painted.

I've promed/painted the originals black, with no regrets later on. Repops were not obtanium for me.

I blasted them today and I could tell they had not been not plated. But I can't verify they hadn't been replaced at one time. They have some heavy rust pitting but didn't rust through at all.

I'm going to paint them with epoxy primer which will make good seal.
